Burning Feet While Walking Walking Best For Burning Fat?

Walking best for burning fat? - burning feet while walking

In the 16 years of age, had no car to try to the gym or elsewhere, and weighs 160 pounds 5'8 feet and to burn fat by walking. I left school and have nothing to do and want in a better state, before returning in 3 months of school. I went to my secondary 3 Launch and landing times and even went 15 rounds with the matter.
How much fat you burn while walking 4-5mph, and something I can do to the the loss of more fat?
