Suboxone/subutex and Pregnancy.... anyone no? - subutex and pregnancy

My sister has just learned last week that she is pregnant about 7-9 weeks to think, yet it has to Suboxone 8 mg, and this game Dr. says he wants to change Subutex (same w / non-blocking) I personally, is the cause of an opiate. (Opiates opiates below i) no confusion, but nobody had a pregnancy w / Subutex. And did not think that Suboxone the baby because she was there and not hurt preg.im became clear that he fears for her and wants the baby are doing well ... personal experience when someone like this please let me know. ...
